New Delhi, February 9:

Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 continued today with Session 2 of the nationwide initiative aimed at helping students manage exam-related stress and build resilience, as board and competitive test season approaches. Organized by the Ministry of Education, the annual interactive programme brings together students, parents and teachers from across India to engage with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on issues related to academic pressure, motivation and well-being.

Session 2 aired at 10 a.m. on February 9 on Doordarshan channels, All India Radio and multiple digital platforms including the Ministry of Education’s YouTube channel and official streams, continuing the outreach started in the first episode on February 6.

The 2026 edition has seen unprecedented engagement, with more than 4.5 crore registrations and additional participation through associated school-level activities. During Session 1, the Prime Minister encouraged students to focus on a positive mindset, balanced preparation and self-belief rather than undue comparison with peers. He also urged parents to ease pressure on children and advised the responsible use of technology such as artificial intelligence as a supportive tool for learning. By providing practical tips and motivational guidance, Pariksha Pe Charcha seeks to transform examinations from a source of anxiety into an opportunity for growth and confidence building among India’s youth
